Volleyball Recap: Sandusky Blue Streaks vs. Bellevue Redmen
Sandusky was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Bellevue Redmen, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Redmen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.
The final score came out to 25-8, 25-14, 25-6.
Bellevue found their leader in sophomore Emma Krall, who had six aces and five digs.
Sandusky's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Bellevue, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.
We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Sandusky is set to square off against their familiar foe Columbian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bellevue will challenge rival Norwalk at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
