Baseball Recap: Westwood Comes Up Short

Westwood lost against Red Mountain on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors lost 11-3 to the Mountain Lions. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westwood's defeat dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Red Mountain, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season.

Westwood will welcome Millennium at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. Red Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
