Basketball Recap: Blytheville Skates Past Little Rock Southwest with Ease

Blytheville's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Little Rock Southwest Gryphons 66-14. The game marked the Chickasaws' most dominant victory of the season.

Blytheville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.8 points per game. As for Little Rock Southwest, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Coincidentally, Blytheville and Little Rock Southwest will both be playing Lonoke the next time they take the court. Blytheville will head out to face Lonoke at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Little Rock Southwest will head out to face them on Saturday.
