A Season-Best Performance from Martin Gonzalez Leads El Paso over Horizon

Martin Gonzalez produced his most outstanding game to date while leading El Paso to the win on Friday. Gonzalez threw for 335 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 63 yards and two touchdowns. He has become a key player for El Paso: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.

Fette must have Andress' number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Fette threw for 252 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.0 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 31 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Eagles duked it out back in September of 2023.

Rivera Posts Huge Game in 42-0 Win

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Evan Rivera stepped things up a notch to give Chapin the 'W'. Rivera turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 214 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes.

Chapin's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-4. Rivera and Chapin will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hanks at 7:00 p.m. on November 8th.
