After only two runs in their last matchup, West Park made sure to put some runs up on the board against Antelope on Friday. The Panthers blew past the Titans 11-1. Considering the Panthers have won 13 contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Bradley Hunter looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.
At the plate, West Park got a massive performance out of Christopher Fisher, who went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases Fisher has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Deome, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.
West Park always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Antelope only posted an OBP of .318.
West Park has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.9 runs over those games. As for Antelope, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-12.

The timing is sure in the Panthers' favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while the Cougars have been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road. Meanwhile, Antelope is set to face off against their familiar foe Cordova at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
