Basketball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Lincoln challenged Warsaw on Monday. The Lincoln Cardinals fell 43-32 to the Warsaw Wildcats. The Cardinals have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Lincoln now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Warsaw, their win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-1.

Lincoln won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Butler at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warsaw, they and Osceola will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
