Basketball Recap: Red Mountain Takes a Loss

Red Mountain and Hamilton squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Red Mountain had to settle for second. They fell 52-44 to the Hamilton Huskies. The loss continues a trend for the Mountain Lions in their matchups with the Huskies: they've now lost five in a row.

Red Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Hamilton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Red Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hamilton, they will square off against Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
