Soccer Recap: Novi's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Novi came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 6-1 to the Catholic Central Shamrocks. While losing is never fun, Novi can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 122nd, while Catholic Central are ranked 11th).

Novi's loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 7-11-2. As for Catholic Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Novi nor Catholic Central have any future games scheduled.
