Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Loveland's Sixth in Last Seven Outings

Loveland's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Heritage Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory.

While Loveland won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 29-27, 25-21.

Loveland is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. As for Heritage, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 14-10 record.

Coincidentally, Loveland and Heritage will both be playing Mountain Vista the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Golden Eagles at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Red Wolves will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
