Baseball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe fell victim to Dexter and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Dreadnaughts, falling 15-0. The defeat leaves the Trojans still looking for their first win of the season.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Dexter, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

While Monroe had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
