After flying high against Colton last Thursday, Salem Academy came back down to earth. The Salem Academy Crusaders had to suffer through a 74-42 loss at the hands of the Regis Rams. The Crusaders' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Having lost for the first time this season, Salem Academy fell to 3-1. As for Regis, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Salem Academy will take on Elkton in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Regis and Cascade will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
