Football Recap: Chandler Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Chandler can now relate to. They were beaten by the Basha Bears 34-7 on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Wolves in their meetings with the Bears: they've now lost five in a row.

Will Mencl threw for 128 yards on 16 of 26 attempts. Skyler Ormita was his top target, picking up 33 receiving yards. On the ground, David Douglas rushed for 63 yards on only six carries.

Jake Rogers had a dynamite game For Basha., throwing for 304 yards and one TD while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushing for 37 yards and one score. Those 37 rushing yards gave Rogers a new career-high. Kash Brock did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 128 receiving yards.

Chandler's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Basha, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Chandler nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
