Baseball Recap: Conrad Comes Up Short

Conrad lost against Carter on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chargers came up short against the Cowboys, falling 15-1. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Conrad's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Carter, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-13.

Looking ahead, Conrad will be playing in front of their home fans against North Dallas at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chargers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 8.1 runs per game this season. As for Carter, they will head out on the road to take on Roosevelt at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
