Volleyball Recap: Couch Comes Up Short

Couch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Summersville Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 last Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23, 25-23.

Couch's loss dropped their record down to 19-9-1. As for Summersville, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-9.

Coming up, Couch will welcome Bunker at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Summersville, they will take on Mid-Buchanan in a tournament on Saturday.
