Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ava Zeigler and Kaylie Stull Lead Chambersburg to Victory + How To Watch

Chambersburg played in-conference for the first time on Monday and got just the result they were looking for. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Altoona Mountain Lions. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Mountain Lions: they've now won six in a row.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-17, 19-25, 25-13.

Leading Chambersburg to victory were Kaylie Stull and Ava Zeigler. Stull had eight digs and two aces, while Zeigler had 35 assists and 17 digs. Zeigler has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last 26 times she's played.

They weren't the only good server: Chambersburg was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Despite the loss, Altoona still got an impressive performance from Marina Petucci, who had 18 digs.

Chambersburg now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Altoona, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4-1.

Coincidentally, Chambersburg and Altoona will both be playing Cedar Cliff the next time they take the court. The Mountain Lions will host the Colts at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Trojans will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
