Flag Football Recap: Gabrielle Rogge and Eva Wesela Pace Castro Valley Defense

After soaring to 31 points the game before, Castro Valley was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They took a hard 24-6 fall against the Foothill Falcons. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 13-6.

Castro Valley has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-6 record this season. As for Foothill, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-5.

Castro Valley has already played their next game, a 39-0 victory against Piedmont on the 2nd. As for Foothill, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 28-22 defeat against California on the 7th.
