Volleyball Game Preview: Temple City Rams vs. Monrovia Wildcats

Temple City hasn't had much luck against Monrovia recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Temple City Rams will face off against the Monrovia Wildcats at 5:15 p.m.

On Tuesday, Temple City came up short against San Marino and fell 3-1.

While Temple City ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 23-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, everything went Monrovia's way against Bell Gardens on Monday as Monrovia made off with a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

While Monrovia won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 25-22.

Temple City's defeat dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Monrovia, they pushed their record up to 11-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
