Basketball Recap: Jackson North Side Takes a Loss

Jackson North Side was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were beaten by the McNairy Central Bobcats 65-11. The Indians were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-8.

Ivyunna Miller was Jackson North Side's leading scorer, having posted four points. Azarria Conerly took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Jackson North Side's defeat dropped their record down to 3-19. As for McNairy Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-5.

Jackson North Side will face off against Hardin County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for McNairy Central, they will challenge Jackson South Side at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Jackson South Side will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something McNairy Central surely won't give up without a fight.
