Northmor and Africentric Early College squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Northmor had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 74-40 loss at the hands of the Nubians. The Golden Knights' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Jeniya Bowers continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Africentric Early College, putting up 27 points. Jae'Veyonna Brown was another key player, scoring 17 points.

Northmor's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Africentric Early College, their victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-4.

Northmor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Africentric Early College, they will challenge Madison Plains at 8:15 p.m. on Friday.
