Basketball Game Preview: Freedom Prep Academy Eagles vs. Vanguard Academy Valiant

The Freedom Prep Academy Eagles will square off against the Vanguard Academy Valiant at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Freedom Prep Academy is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Rockwell on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Freedom Prep Academy took a blow against Rockwell, falling 94-36. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Marshals: they've now lost seven in a row.
