Baseball Recap: Harbor Creek Victorious

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Harbor Creek and Fort LeBoeuf meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Huskies came out on top against the Bison by a score of 7-4. This was a revenge game for the Huskies: when they faced off against the Bison back in April, they had to take a 5-1 defeat.

LEVI RUSSELL was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Harbor Creek: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 5-7 otherwise.

Harbor Creek now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Fort LeBoeuf, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Harbor Creek has already played their next contest, a 10-7 victory against Warren on the 13th. As for Fort LeBoeuf, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Meadville on the 13th.
