It's playoff time, and Canfield had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Westlake Demons with a sharp 9-2 victory on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Canfield and bumps their season record up to 21-4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 8 runs in those games. As for Westlake, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

As of now, neither Canfield nor the Demons have any future games scheduled.
