East Henderson came into Friday's contest looking for another win against T.C. Roberson, but Dean Lowe wouldn't allow it. The Rams came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 48-40 on Friday for which the team can thank Lowe, who almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 46% in the last 14 games he's played dating back to last season.

East Henderson's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaylin Brewer, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Jaden Evans, who put up nine points and six boards.

The victory made it two in a row for T.C. Roberson and bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for East Henderson, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record.

Looking ahead, T.C. Roberson will take on Watauga at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Henderson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Polk County at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles will be up against the Wolverines' rather soft defense (which has allowed 68.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
