Lakeway Christian Academy had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were dealt an 87-52 loss at the hands of the Knoxville Catholic Fighting Irish. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Cade Murphy went supernova For Knoxville Catholic., shooting 4-for-4 from long range and dropping a double-double with 28 points and 11 rebounds. Murphy's big performance that evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Malachi Brown, who shot 78% from the field en route to 17 points and seven steals.
