Basketball Recap: Rose Hill Christian Takes a Loss

Rose Hill Christian lost against Hannan back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rose Hill Christian Royals were beaten by the Hannan Wildcats 63-22. The Royals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-10.

Hannan was led to victory by Eli Cade and Philip Fugett. Cade posted 17 points, while Fugett put up 16 points. That's the most points Fugett has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Stewart, who earned ten points.

Rose Hill Christian is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Hannan, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rose Hill Christian has already played their next contest (against Covenant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hannan won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bloomingdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hannan is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.4 points per game this season.
