Maury kept a clean sheet against Bayside on Thursday. They blew past the Marlins 7-0. Give Maury's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting Bayside from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Ainsley Mathews-Jamison led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Maury's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Bayside, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Maury will face off against Salem at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bayside, they will challenge Indian River at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
