Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Howardsville Christian). Everything went their way against the Phoenix Falcons on Friday as the Howardsville Christian Eagles made off with a 47-24 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Eagles have posted since February 27, 2024.

Howardsville Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-14. As for Phoenix, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Howardsville Christian will square off against Eau Claire at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Phoenix does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
