Tri-County Academy got themselves on the board against Central Hinds Academy on Friday, but Central Hinds Academy never followed suit. They really took it to the Cougars for the full four quarters, racking up a 50-0 victory. That looming 50-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Rebels yet this season.

The win (which was Tri-County Academy's fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.2 points on average over those games. As for Central Hinds Academy, they dropped their record down to 5-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
