Baseball Recap: Millennium Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Millennium can now relate to. They took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Queen Creek Bulldogs on Thursday.

Brady Perrin was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Millennium's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Queen Creek, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-4 record this season.

Millennium does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Queen Creek, they have already played their next contest, a 6-3 win against Brophy College Prep on the 9th.
