There's no place like home for Forsyth Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the Lambert Longhorns 3-0 on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Longhorns recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Forsyth Central never let Lambert on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-23.

Hollie Schimweg paced Forsyth Central's offense, picking up 16 kills. Schimweg got some help from Mackenzie Porter and her 34 assists. Schimweg also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Sydney Carr, racking up two apiece.

Forsyth Central's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Lambert, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-12.
