Volleyball Recap: Fort Lupton Comes Up Short

Fort Lupton lost against Aspen back in September of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bluedevils fell 2-0 to the Skiers.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-16.

Gabriella Aviles paced Fort Lupton's offense, picking up three kills. Aviles got some help from Andrea Anguiano and her three assists.

Fort Lupton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Aspen, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Fort Lupton has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Greeley Central on the 27th. As for Aspen, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Standley Lake on the 27th.
