Soccer Recap: Viewpoint Comes Up Short

Viewpoint managed to keep up with Windward until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Patriots came up short against the Wildcats, falling 5-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Windward this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on January 8th.

Viewpoint's loss dropped their record down to 7-5-3. As for Windward, they pushed their record up to 9-2-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Viewpoint wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Campbell Hall on the 28th. As for Windward, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Brentwood School on the 28th.
