Volleyball Game Preview: Mission Bay Buccaneers vs. Lincoln Hornets + How To Watch

The Mission Bay Buccaneers will challenge the Lincoln Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Mission Bay, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Mission Bay turned things around against Hilltop on Monday. They put the hurt on the Lancers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Buccaneers not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 3rd (when they won 3-0).

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-10, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Patrick Henry. While the Hornets didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Patriots 25-18 in the first set.

Lincoln started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-23.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Mission Bay, their win bumped their record up to 19-15.
