Basketball Recap: Alayna Coulter's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Juniata Christian over Springfield Christian Academy

Juniata Christian lost against Springfield Christian Academy back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Juniata Christian Eagles fell to Springfield Christian Academy 47-41.

Juniata Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Alayna Coulter, who went 5-for-11 on her way to 13 points and three steals. Alyvia Banks was another key player, putting up 18 points.

Juniata Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Springfield Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.
