Softball Recap: Fort Wayne Wayne Takes a Loss

After flying high against Fort Wayne South Side last Wednesday, Fort Wayne Wayne came back down to earth. The Generals lost 10-0 to the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints on Monday. If the Generals were looking for revenge after losing 14-3 to the Saints when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Fort Wayne Wayne's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-8.

Fort Wayne Wayne didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-3 loss against Huntington North on the 26th. Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger has also already played their next match (against Bellmont), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
