Jack Montague gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in May of 2024 on Thursday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over six innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
