Volleyball Recap: Clearview Comes Up Short

Clearview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Firelands Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Clippers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-14, 25-13.

Clearview's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Firelands, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Clearview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Brookside on the 28th. As for Firelands, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Oberlin on the 28th.
