Port Allegany and Bradford are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2017, but likely not for long. The Gators will host the Owls at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Port Allegany will be strutting in after a win while Bradford will be coming in after a loss.

Port Allegany is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Oswayo Valley with a sharp 24-10 victory on Friday. The Gators might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Brookville hit Bradford with a five-run second inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Owls came up short against the Raiders, falling 10-3.

Bradford saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Whitmore, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Port Allegany's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Bradford, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
