Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Jessen Copeland stepped things up a notch to give Sun Valley the 'W'. Copeland went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. The effort marked the most hits he has had since back in March.

Copeland and Sun Valley will face off against Porter Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Spartans had to take a loss when they last met the Pirates, but Copeland had little to do with the loss: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one double.
