Volleyball Recap: Franklin's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Franklin entered their tilt with Taunton on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 3-1. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

In the three sets Franklin was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 21-25, 25-8, 25-14.

Makayla Kuykendall paced Franklin's offense, picking up 26 kills. Kuykendall got some help from Olivia Caruso and her 32 assists. Emma Cunningham controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Franklin's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Taunton, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Franklin has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against North Attleborough on the 15th. As for Taunton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Stoughton on the 15th.
