Basketball Recap: Oglethorpe County Comes Up Short

Oglethorpe County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. The game between them and the Providence Christian Academy Storm didn't end well, with the Oglethorpe County Patriots falling 57-42.

Oglethorpe County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Providence Christian Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Oglethorpe County will be playing in front of their home fans against Rabun County at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Rabun County's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Providence Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Athens Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
