East River fell victim to Melbourne Central Catholic and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers, falling 7-0. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East River's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9-1. As for Melbourne Central Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3-2.

East River will be playing at home against Astronaut at 6:00 p.m. on January 17th. As for Melbourne Central Catholic, they will venture away from home to challenge Lincoln Park Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
