It was a good run, but Saydel unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They had to suffer through a 69-31 loss at the hands of the Roland-Story Norsemen. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered since February 6, 2024.

Saydel's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4. As for Roland-Story, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2.

Saydel will challenge Nevada at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Roland-Story, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Clear Lake at 6:00 p.m.
