Volleyball Recap: Carey Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Carey won the last time they faced Castleford and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Wolves by a score of 3-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won three matches in a row.

The win didn't come easy: Castleford scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 20-25, 25-19, 25-20.

Abbi Whittier paced Carey's offense, picking up 13 kills. Whittier got some help from Madison Hoskins and her 28 assists. Finally, Emily Dahlstrom kept Carey's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

Carey's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Castleford, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-7.

Carey does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Castleford, they are taking a road trip to take on Lighthouse Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
