Basketball Recap: New Richmond Takes a Loss

New Richmond and Hudson squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but New Richmond had to settle for second. They were dealt a 99-51 defeat at the hands of the Hudson Raiders. The Tigers have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

New Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Hudson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-7.

While New Richmond had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
