Baseball Recap: Glenpool Triumphs

Glenpool won the last time they faced Mannford and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Pirates by a score of 10-6. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Brady Terronez was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. Glenpool is undefeated when Terronez posts two or more runs, but 6-10 otherwise. Trent Burch was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

The victory got Glenpool back to even at 10-10. As for Mannford, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.

Looking ahead, Glenpool will be playing in front of their home fans against Cave Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mannford, they are taking a road trip to square off against Fort Gibson at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a 16-game losing streak.
