Chalker came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.3 runs) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 14-2 margin over the McKinley Trojans. With that win, Chalker brought their scoring average up to 6.9 runs per game.

Nick Karr looked comfortable as he struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk).
