Baseball Recap: Brindlee Mountain Comes Up Short

Brindlee Mountain fell victim to Pennington and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 12-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-3 back in February.

Brindlee Mountain has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Pennington, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-13.

Coming up, Brindlee Mountain will head out on the road to square off against Crossville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Brindlee Mountain is facing Crossville at the right time seeing as Crossville is stuck on an 18-game losing streak. Pennington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
