Basketball Recap: Titusville Terriers vs. Space Coast Vipers
Titusville lost against Space Coast back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Titusville Terriers took a blow against the Space Coast Vipers, falling 64-36. The Terriers were down 46-24 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Titusville lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Braniyah Brown, who posted two points in addition to 14 rebounds, five blocks, and three steals. Brown is becoming a predictor of Titusville's success: when she posts at least ten boards the team is 4-2 (and 1-3 when she doesn't). Another player making a difference was Kennedie Sanders, who had ten points in addition to six steals and five boards.

Even though they lost, Titusville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive boards in four consecutive games.
Space Coast found their leader in freshman Lashiya Walker, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamiiah Jenkins, who posted 14 points and six steals.

Titusville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 41-30 victory against Cocoa Beach on the 20th.
