Cheyenne Mountain's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Tuesday. They came out on top against Pueblo West by a score of 2-0. Cheyenne Mountain haven't had any issues with Pueblo West recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Clare Jones and Maeve Alberts scored both of Cheyenne Mountain's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Holy Family, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. Everything went their way against Middle Park two weeks ago as Holy Family made off with a 3-0 win.

Cheyenne Mountain's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. As for Holy Family, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
